Avery Heights Announces 24th Annual Golf Tournament

Avery Heights will hold its annual golf outing on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at the Tunxis Plantation Country Club in Farmington. Staff, Sponsors, Vendors, Residents, and Friends will gather for a fun day of golf, lunch, prizes, cocktails and dinner to support Avery Heights and their mission of helping seniors live healthy, productive, and quality lives.

For over 60 years, Avery Heights has distinguished itself through unfailing fulfillment of its mission: to maintain and support every individual's optimal independence and life wishes in a safe, caring, and dignified atmosphere.
